Any advice on how to prevent and treat MRSA ?

Matheus Martins -

MRSA is a nasty bug, and is considered one of the superbugs plaguing society today.  Originally is was contracted in hospitals only but now is running rampant in the community as well. The infection is long lived and hard to get rid of.

The best ways to prevent and combat MRSA is by keeping a strong immune system, general cleanliness, and by the use of iodine, magnesium and even sodium bicarbonate.  Keep the body generally alkaline, measure with pH strips daily, eat alkaline forming foods and stay away from carriers of the Staphylococcus Aureus bug.  (some people are carriers without showing symptoms of infection themselves).  But keeping our immune systems strong is the best defense. Use of clay internally and externally will also be of help.

When an infection occurs it is difficult to treat MRSA and use of pharmaceutical antibiotics may be necessary as a last resort.
