Sodium Bicarbonate can be effective against headaches take a glass of water with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate in water and mix well and drink it down. I have been able to get rid of headaches within a short time by doing this. I used this for severe tension headaches....if your friends are suffering from Migraines or frequent headaches they may not want to employ a frequent use of sodium bicarbonate alone and probably should be using magnesium oil as a topical treatment on their forehead, temples and neck and to make sure their magnesium levels are not deficient. Magnesium Oil should help your headaches as it decreases inflammation and relaxes muscles and blood vessels that are involved in many types of headaches. Drinking more quality water can also help as a headache can be a sign of dehydration.
