What is the ideal way to administer magnesium oil for neuropathy pain ?

Matheus Martins -

For neuropathy pain you can soak in warm magnesium baths or spray magnesium oil directly on the skin. For skin spraying use about 1-2 oz per day and adjust the amount depending on your response.

In a bath, use more magnesium and raise the amount put in slowly to about 3 or more cups of oil or flakes.

Use the magnesium 2 or 3 times/day....you can alternate between using directly on the skin and bathing. Comfortably  warm water in a bath will increase absorbability of the magnesium and is very relaxing.

Have you also looked at Alpha Lipoic Acid for neuropathy?  This is also very helpful.  See our essays on neuropathy and magnesium in Dr. Sircus' book New Paradigms in Diabetic Care , along with the following essay on Alpha Lipoic Acid.
